1. Review this website.

your SPECT scans and the SPECT scan process.

2. Call New Perspectives office at 1.815.344.7951 to schedule

nursing intake.

You will be scheduled for a consultation visit with Dr. Kohn.

The consultation visit will take place at our McHenry office

located at:

During the consultation visit, Dr. Kohn will review your history

and obtain pertinent clinical information. Directions to the office

are included with the packet.

After your consultation with Dr. Kohn, you will be scheduled

for the SPECT Scan. The SPECT Scan will be completed at

the New Perspectives SPECT Lab. Directions to New

Perspectives SPECT Lab are available on the Map/Directions

page or can be given at the consultation visit.

5. Your SPECT Scan results

The results of your SPECT scan will be available the week

following your SPECT scan. Follow-up with Dr. Kohn is

arranged on an individual basis. Dr. Kohn will send Brain

SPECT Scan results and treatment recommendations to

your referring physician.
